One goal a day
The home screen builds your session for you. Tap "Start practice" and the app picks the cards that are due. Your streak shows how many days in a row you have practised.

If you would rather choose yourself, open the topics: family, food, travel, health. 30+ topics across A1-C2.
Tenses by level
English has four verb forms. In Spanish and German, levels run from the present and perfect at A1 to the subjunctive, conditional and compound tenses above. Train a whole level or build your own set of tenses.

A reference for all the content: topics with words and grammar with examples. Search by name, filter by level A1-C2 and type: vocabulary or grammar.
The check gets harder as you learn
While a card is new, you pick the answer from a few options. Once it is familiar, you recall the answer yourself and flip the card. When it is almost learned, you type the answer. To always flip instead, turn off “Growing difficulty” in settings.
A method that knows when to remind you
Verboteca is built on spaced repetition: a card you know comes back later and later, and one you miss comes back tomorrow.

A word or a verb form: you recall the answer first, then check yourself.
The right card at the right moment
Easy items move later, hard ones come back more often.
The gap grows to 30 days
A correct answer pushes the next review out: 1, 3, 7, 14, 30 days. After a miss the card comes back tomorrow.
From your first word to the subjunctive
Content follows the CEFR scale. Word levels come from the lists of Oxford for English, PCIC (Instituto Cervantes) for Spanish, Goethe-Institut for German.
